Nashville, Tenn. - The Vanderbilt baseball team will host the team's annual NCAA Selection Show watch party on Monday at Commodore Grille inside Holiday Inn Vanderbilt with doors opening at 10:45 a.m.
The Commodores await the team's ninth consecutive trip to the NCAA Tournament after going 41-18 so far this season. The NCAA will announce the 16 NCAA Regional sites Sunday at approximately 8 p.m. with the full 64-team field being announced on ESPNU beginning at 11 a.m.
Reservations into Vanderbilt's priority seating system are currently being accepted in the event that Vanderbilt hosts a Regional and/or Super Regional. Only Vanderbilt baseball season ticket holders and National Commodore Club members are eligible to make a reservation at this time. NCC members and season ticket holders may request up to six tickets for each event with a $10 non-refundable deposit. Reservations must be submitted by Tuesday, May 27 at 1 p.m. CT to be included in the priority seating system.
Following an announcement that Vanderbilt will host, the general public will also have the opportunity to place a reservation for tickets. Reservations will only be accepted online on Monday, May 26. Phone and walk-in orders will resume on Tuesday, May 27. Available seats outside of the NCC priority system will likely be in the outfield sections of Hawkins Field.
If Vanderbilt is selected to compete in a Regional on the road, information will be available as it is obtained from the selected host site. The Vanderbilt ticket office is not taking reservations for away tickets at this time. The Vanderbilt ticket office will be closed on Monday, May 26 in observance of Memorial Day.
