The NCAA Baseball Tournament is just around the corner and with their recent hot play, the Commodores have put themselves in a position to potentially serve as a host site for an NCAA Regional. In an effort to give fans the best opportunity to be a part of the action, the Vanderbilt Ticket Office is now accepting pre-order reservations for NCAA Regional ticket booklets.
These seats will be sold as a tournament package containing one ticket for each game and there could potentially be seven total games. The Regional sites will be announced on Sunday, May 30. If Vanderbilt is chosen as a host site, the games will be played at Hawkins Field, June 4-7.
Ticket prices are as follows:
Premium VIP: $250.00 (Includes a seat in Section E or F, access to hospitality area including a Friday night reception, and autographed team baseball).
Premium Reserved: $80
Outfield Reserved: $60
Orders are first come, first serve and are subject to a processing fee. There will be a limit of 6 booklets per person. Orders will only be processed if Vanderbilt is a host site for the 2010 NCAA Baseball Regional. Fans will also be given the opportunity to reserve seats for a potential NCAA Super Regional should the Commodores advance to that round and host at Hawkins Field.
"Based on the overwhelming turn-out of our fans when we hosted in 2007, we felt that it was important to give Commodore fans a chance to guarantee themselves a seat for the post-season at Hawkins Field," Head Coach Tim Corbin said.
Vanderbilt fans are encouraged to pre-order their Regional and Super Regional tickets by calling 615-322-GOLD.
