• Pitched a season-high four innings of relief against Evansville.
• Picked up the win in relief in Saturday's win against Georgia.
• Started his first game since 2010 and second of his career on Sunday turning in four solid innings.

• Tossed five innings against Georgia allowing one run and striking out a career-best eight batters.
• Five innings matched a career-best and helped Vanderbilt to first SEC win of season.

Commodore Notes
Vanderbilt dropped a midweek game to Evansville before bouncing back to take two-of-three from No. 17 Georgia... Evansville jumped on Vanderbilt early and held on to win 5-3 Tuesday... The Commodores committed five errors in a game for the third time this season... A solo home run was enough to lift No. 17 Georgia over Vanderbilt Friday night... Kevin Ziomek was the tough-luck loser allowing only one run on one hit over 5.1 innings... Georgia had just three hits in the win and it marked the first time since 2010 that Vandy had been shutout at home... The loss was also the fifth straight for the Dores, something the team had not done since 2008... The Commodores rallied for three runs in the ninth to top Georgia 5-4 on Saturday... Conrad Gregor's RBI-single in the ninth with the bases loaded and two outs proved to be the game winner... Gregor finished the night with a season-best three hits and helped VU snap a five-game slide... Freshman Tyler Beede turned in his best performance as a Commodore matching a career-best with five innings and setting a new career-high with eight strikeouts while allowing only one run... Will Clinard earned the win in relief with one inning of work... Vanderbilt rallied from behind again on Sunday to win 5-3 and clinch the team's first SEC series victory of the season... Vince Conde led the way driving in three runs on the day, including a two-run triple that proved to be the game winner... Drew VerHagen picked up the win in relief working 2.2 innings.
