STRETCH IT OUT LATE
Vanderbilt's offense has been clicking all season but really gets it going late in games. The Commodores have scored 82 of the team's 124 runs on the season in the fifth inning or later. The fifth and sixth innings have seen 45 runs cross the plate for the Dores. Vandy has outscored opponents 82-21 in the fifth inning or later.
Sophomore Vince Conde has been red hot at the plate over the last week for the Dores. Conde has six multi-hit games in his last seven (14-for-25 .560) and seven this season to already pass last seasons total of six multi-hit games. He set a new career-best in Wednesday's win with three hits.
Freshman Rhett Wiseman's walk-off two-run homer on Sunday was the Commodores first walk-off home run since Jason Esposito's blast ended the Dores' epic, 17-inning game against Louisville in 2010.
QUACK, QUACK, QUACK
