Eight Vanderbilt games are scheduled to be televised this season as part of the Southeastern Conference's television package.
The No. 2 Commodores open SEC play on The Plains against Auburn with Saturday's game on March 16 televised by Fox SportsNet at 2:15 p.m. The following weekend No. 17 Florida visits Nashville, and CSS makes its first trip to West End broadcasting Saturday (March 23) night's tilt at 6 p.m. CSS is back again on March 30 when the Commodores host Tennessee at 6 p.m. ESPN makes its lone trip to Hawkins Field to televise Missouri's first visit to Vanderbilt airing Saturday's (April 13) game at 4 p.m. A rematch of last season's SEC Tournament Championship Game will be televised by CSS on Saturday, April 27 at noon when No. 5 Mississippi State plays at Vanderbilt. The Commodores open the month of May on the road at No. 7 South Carolina with Saturday's (May 4) game airing on Fox SportsNet at 11 a.m. CT and Sunday's (May 5) game on CSS at noon CT. Vanderbilt heads to No. 11 Kentucky the following week and will play the Wildcats on CSS at 6 p.m. CT on Saturday, May 11.
All 17 games of the SEC Tournament will be televised as part of the television package that features over 70 games. An additional 60 games are expected to be picked up by official SEC regional television outlets to bring the total to 130-plus games.
Opening Day is February 15 at Hawkins Field at 4 p.m. when the Commodores host Long Beach State. The team's annual Baseball Banquet is February 9 at the Student Life Center beginning with an autograph session from 6-7 p.m. and dinner to follow.
