Commodores hold first official practice

VU starts preseason practice

Head Coach Tim Corbin led the Commodores through their first practice of the 2011 season Friday afternoon. The Dores are highly ranked in three preseason polls checking in at No. 4 in the Baseball America and USA Today/ESPN polls and No. 5 in the Collegiate Baseball poll.

Vanderbilt starts the season with a trip to San Diego on February 18 before returning home to take on Belmont February 23.
