Coach Corbin Quote: Ty has worked well to get himself back into baseball playing shape after sitting out his senior high school season because of Tommy John surgery. We identified him as an important part of our recruiting class because of his skilled left-handed bat and catching abilities. He is growing into that player nicely. As he develops, he will make his way onto the field to help Jason Delay.

Made his collegiate debut at San Diego 2/19 going 0-for-1 and catching the ninth inning.
