2018 - Friday night starter who posted a 7-4 record and 3.92 ERA… Led the Commodores with 107 strikeouts (46th nationally) in 96.1 innings… Limited opponents to a .217 batting average in 16 starts… Named to Clemson Regional All-Tournament Team after limiting St. John’s to three hits while striking out eight across seven scoreless innings… Struck out six-or-more batters in 11 of 16 starts… Allowed just 12 extra-base hits in his last 76.2 innings… Did not walk more than two batters in his final seven starts… Became the first sophomore since 2012 to start on Opening Day… Tossed five-plus innings in 14 of his 16 starts… Struck out eight batters in consecutive starts against UMass-Lowell and Sam Houston State… Fanned nine UCLA batters and limited the Bruins to three runs in seven innings on March 9… Blanked Mississippi State while permitting just three hits in Starkville on March 16… Struck out nine Missouri batters and allowed just one earned run across seven innings on April 19… Notched his fifth victory by striking out eight Tennessee batters in seven innings on May 11… Held Kentucky to three hits and one run while striking out six in 7.1 innings… Finished 24th nationally with 16 starts and was sixth in the SEC with 7.01 hits allowed per nine innings… Registered a 1.14 WHIP, ranking ninth in the SEC.

2017 - Pinned with a tough-luck loss at Clemson 6/4 at Clemson Regional giving up two runs on six hits with seven strikeouts over 6.2 innings, his fifth quality start of the season... Struck out a career-best 10 in 6.2 innings against Alabama 5/20 allowing three runs, two earned, on four hits... Gave up two runs on two hits over two innings at Arkansas 5/13.. Worked a clean inning of relief at Louisville 5/9... Recorded the final out of the seventh inning and allowed one-of-two inherited runners to score in victory vs. Missouri 5/5... Struck out the side in a scoreless inning of relief against Austin Peay 5/2... Finished off his first career save with 3.2 innings at Georgia 4/22 in second game of doubleheader to clinch series, allowing two unearned runs on one hit with four strikeouts... Pinned with his second straight loss against Florida 4/15 after allowing six runs, five earned, on four hits over two-plus innings... Made his first career relief appearance against Tennessee Tech 4/11 allowing a hit and punching out two... Took the first loss of his career at South Carolina 4/8 giving up four runs on five hits over 2.2 innings... Failed to get out of the fifth inning for second straight start, pitching 4.2 innings at Kentucky 4/2 and allowing two runs on five hits and three walks in no decision... Gave up a career-high three runs and walked a career-high three over 4.1 innings of no decision at Ole Miss 3/19... Named SEC Freshman of the Week for his stellar start against Saint Mary's 3/12, turning in a career-high eight innings and allowing only one unearned run on two singles with no walks and eight strikeouts, retired 18 straight batters at one point... Earned his second win with six solid innings against CSUN 3/5 allowing one run on eight hits with five strikeouts... Impressed again in a no decision against UIC 2/26 with seven strong innings and a career-best nine strikeouts, allowing two runs on seven hits...
