2017 - Pinned with a tough-luck loss at Clemson 6/4 at Clemson Regional giving up two runs on six hits with seven strikeouts over 6.2 innings, his fifth quality start of the season... Struck out a career-best 10 in 6.2 innings against Alabama 5/20 allowing three runs, two earned, on four hits... Gave up two runs on two hits over two innings at Arkansas 5/13.. Worked a clean inning of relief at Louisville 5/9... Recorded the final out of the seventh inning and allowed one-of-two inherited runners to score in victory vs. Missouri 5/5... Struck out the side in a scoreless inning of relief against Austin Peay 5/2... Finished off his first career save with 3.2 innings at Georgia 4/22 in second game of doubleheader to clinch series, allowing two unearned runs on one hit with four strikeouts... Pinned with his second straight loss against Florida 4/15 after allowing six runs, five earned, on four hits over two-plus innings... Made his first career relief appearance against Tennessee Tech 4/11 allowing a hit and punching out two... Took the first loss of his career at South Carolina 4/8 giving up four runs on five hits over 2.2 innings... Became just the second freshman pitcher in the Corbin era to earn a spot in starting rotation for opening weekend and did not disappoint, turning in six scoreless innings and allowing only two hits and punching out five in win at San Diego 2/19.
