2012 VANDERBILT BASEBALL CAMP FAQ's
Can we watch camp?
Parents and or coaches are welcome to observe the camp at anytime.
Will my son be able to get some sort of feedback after camp?
We will give feedback during camp, but we don't provide a written evaluation of every camper.
What is your camper to staff ratio?
Our camp ratio is 8 players to 1 coach
How late can I register?
We will register campers 7 days leading up to the start of camp, however, we reserve the right to close camp at any time due to the enrollment size.
Where can I park?
Camp parking will be available in the 25th Avenue garage. If you intend to leave your car parked or stay around and watch you will need to purchase a $10 parking pass good for the week. We will email all campers the week prior to camp with a code that will allow you to purchase the discounted parking pass. Please do not park in the McGugin Athletic Center Parking lot.
When is payment due
Payment is due during online registration. A spot cannot be held unless this has been completed.
My son is going into 8th grade, can he go to the H.S. camp?
No, the H.S. camp is for rising 9th graders and older.
Refund and Cancelation Policy for Day Camps:
If camp enrollment needs to be cancelled, Vanderbilt University will retain $50 of your registration (including any fees associated with online registration). The remaining amount of the registration will be refunded to you in the same method used at registration.
Refund and Cancelation Policy for High School Prospect Camp:
If camp enrollment needs to be cancelled, Vanderbilt University will retain $100 of your registration (including any fees associated with online registration). The remaining amount of the registration will be refunded to you in the same method used at registration.
All Cancelations must be submitted in writing via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Once a camp begins, money will not be refunded.
