May 19, 2012 vs. Mississippi - Bark at the Park
Commodore "Bark at the Park" is a day out for dog owners and their furry friends, and provides fun complimentary activities and an easy way to spend more quality time with your pet. The promotion will be sponsored by the Nashville Humane Society and other similar adoption agencies. To broaden public appeal for the event, we will secure coverage by a local radio or TV station. Since the tone and spirit of the event should be upbeat and fun, it's important to celebrate each adoption. This will involve having an emcee make an announcement for each new adoption and we will also keep track of progress on a giant "Commodore Love a Pet" tally board. To advertise the "Bark in the Park" event, we will create irresistible promotional posters to capture the attention of any dogs that happened to be strolling by. This will be achieved by applying a "meaty smelling attractant," which makes sure that dogs are attracted to the advertisement. The poster will be posted at dog-height; this method will entice their owners to read them as well.
