Since late January, construction crews have been onsite at Vanderbilt's McGugin Center, and now work is reaching the final stages inside and outside the building.
VUCommodores.com has provided monthly photo updates of the construction progress. What began as images of steel beams, a concrete foundation and a labyrinth of 2x4s has now evolved into first-class locker rooms and meeting rooms. The drywall is up, windows have been installed and the carpeting is nearly complete.
In addition to locker rooms and meeting rooms, the renovation includes the Hendrix Dining Facility, which is also nearing completion.
